Fumigated wood tray is a special kind of wood product which is used to carry heavy loads and is made of logs. After many times of drying and setting treatment to eliminate internal stress and reduce moisture, the profile plate is formed by precise processing such as cutting, planing, breaking, edge drawing and sanding. Then the profile plate is bound into semi-finished pallet by using nails or nuts with anti-detachment function, and finally finished, anti-slip and wax sealing treatment are carried out.
Fumigation is a way to prevent harmful diseases and insects. Therefore, solid wood board materials with good hardness, high bending strength, whole board and core, and not easy to deform are strictly selected. In the process of cooperative turnover between fumigated wood pallet and forklift truck, the extra load of pallet should be paid attention to, and overload should be prohibited in the use of cooperative shelves. Especially when the cooperative through-type three-dimensional shelf is used, the demand for the span of pallets is higher. When necessary, steel pipes should be added to the bottom of the pallet to add the shelf load of the pallet according to the application situation. Generally speaking, the additional dynamic load of the fumigated wood pallet does not exceed 2 tons, and the conventional carrying capacity of the pallet can reach about 10 tons after the design of 1000KG-5000KG.
